We offer a totally authentic and fresh eating experience. Our signature entrees originate from century's old recipes from the northern region of Mexico. We provide our gourmet quality Mexican food to festivals, farmers markets, corporate and private events in the Pacific Northwest, and now in Central Coast California. We are famous for our tamales and signature Hermosa Salsa Verde. With the popularity of these two food items, we were able to successfully launch our company. We now offer two hundred different foods and recipes, as well as an extensive catering menu.
