We offer a totally authentic and fresh eating experience. Our signature entrees originate from century's old recipes from the northern region of Mexico. We provide our gourmet quality Mexican food to festivals, farmers markets, corporate and private events in the Pacific Northwest, and now in California. We are famous for our tamales and signature Hermosa Salsa Verde. With the popularity of these two food items, we were able to successfully launch our company. We now offer two hundred different foods and recipes, as well as an extensive catering menu.
The 2009 Washington State Farmers Market Season has now come to an end. Hermosa Mexican Foods wishes to thank everyone who came to eat, socialize, and support our local farmer's markets.
We will be "flying" south for the winter in November. If you happen to be in California sometime during the winter season, please drop by one of our markets to say hi and to fulfill your tamale fix.
