Hermosa Mexican Foods is proudly celebrating it's ninth anniversary. We initially started by selling our tamales and salsa verde at one Washington State farmer's market in order to test the recipes before investing in our own restaurant. The tamales and salsas were a hit and what started out as one farmer's market turned into 5 markets a week, catering services, and expansion into California.
